Galaxy Wanderer - Environment

Galaxy Wanderer is a narrative/contemplative space adventure. You incarnate Ethel, a young crewmate of a small pirate band. They live on a moon in the Pirate Nebula.
It was my graduation project at LISAA.
I was in charge of modelling some buildings assets that we can find throughout the level. I also worked on environmental props to give more life to the scene.
Most assets were modeled in 3dsMax and textured directly in Unreal Engine. We used a triplanar shader coupled with RGB masks and trim sheets to accelerate our texturing process. Only the props using the trim sheets needed UV unwraping.
The whale skull was sculpted in Zbrush and most texture maps were made with Substance Painter.
